It is a pretty clear statement. NO ONE can promise BOTH equality (and I am believing that Goethe was speaking about social/economic equality in this instance) and liberty unless they would be a liar. It would require theft from the so called freeman to give to the person lower on the economic ladder. We have seen this repeated over and over...historically and currently.

Re: GA--An Administrative Court IS NOT A JUDICIAL PROCEEDING. This issue is being treated on a level that is all but irrelevant. Only a court of Law can handle issues of Law; like a 3-judge ct., ie, an Article III court. And the public is being led to believe that the legality (lawful, according to Law) of Obama's qualification for office is being addressed. It's all a tragic sham being staged for public consumption.

The blueprint, the Constitution, was brilliant. It allowed this country to flourish, grow and be generous. As those we elect become greedy for power and corruption takes first place in DC removing power from the people the country falters...and will ultimately fail. Our congress has been castrated and the people neutered. It appears all fight has left and the Founders lost the fight for a legacy of liberty. It pretty much IS their Oath at enlistment and is the Oath of every public servant...but many are thinking of the 'job' and don't pay attention. That is the point. When you join the military, police, or other 'authoritative' gov agency, the Oath is to support and defend the US Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic.
