It's the "shall not be INFRINGED" part that justifies the LACK of regulations on arms. Requiring a purchase permit, registration, no large calibers, no magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, only one firearm per month, etc. are all infringements on owning arms. What part of “shall not be infringed” do YOU not understand? Even without the 2nd Amendment, the right of the people to own and carry arms is covered by the 9th and 10th Amendments. And how do you plan to get criminals to cooperate with being peaceful?

You can see the 'mentality' of our government in these actions. They have absolutely no tolerance for, and are willing to kill you to keep you from doing, what they don't approve of. All they had to do at Ruby Ridge or Waco was to wait. Instead they attacked people presumed innocent and killed them.

Robert, what are you doing that needs to be limited? What are you doing that will get you arrested? Do you own any weapons? Bill's quote is an example of a police state, where you may only do what the government allows. Bill's quote should scare the hell out of you.
