Why do we allow these delusions to continue? We are over-legislated. If our representitives will not lessen the legislation, we must throw the bums out of office, until we find someone who will.

Our federal government (not to mention California) continues restrict our freedoms. Example: The 2nd Amendment guarantees "... the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Yet carrying a handgun for protection reveals many infringements ... I must obtain a permit to purchase, have my fingers printed, can’t carry in numerous places (many of which I am more likely to be attacked), Yes, I want to feel safe, but FEELINGS don't stop criminals. The police won't be around to defend me from criminals, only to write a report AFTER I lay robbed and bleeding, perhaps dead. The courts have even found that police have no obligation to provide protection, which makes. So, I will rely on my handgun and protect myself.

Everything the government does is excessive. Anything they do can be done better by a private company.

We must take control back from government ... one representative at a time.

I have NO desire to provide welfare to anyone, yet our representatives take my unconstitutionally collected taxes and give it to anyone who asks, regardless of being a U.S. citizen (i.e. illegal aliens, tsunami victims, third world countries, etc.). If private individuals want to give them welfare ... fine! HEY GOVERNMENT ... quit using my money for their welfare!

As we can no longer pay police departments, it will soon be soldiers.

Is Gitmo an unjust prison? Most of the detainees were defending their country, just as we would.

Going to court does not equal justice!

Try to get to the island of "justice" without crossing the bridge. Swim the channel and you may be eaten by sharks. Kayaking will get you there tired and wet, but first you must learn to build a boat. Not only do lawers operate the toll bridge, it is the only viable way to the island. "Justice" is the name of the island, but getting justice is a different story. Quite a monopoly!
