The occupying statist theocracy infesting this land has re-educated the masses to believe, accept and live — calling evil good, and good evil; putting darkness for light, and light for darkness; putting bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! This country's originating moral people laid good government's foundation by declaring the jurisprudence to be "the laws of nature and of nature's God". Not one in a million understands the difference between the slave system now practiced and that which was declared. Currently, there is no political constitution in vogue - destined to depend on conduct, example, accident or force to advance the specie's nobility.

Men are capable of establishing good government through careful thoughts and reasonable choices. Absolutely.
