Personally, if I were president of any country and was being blamed for acts of destruction against my country/people, I don't think I would be making dumb quotes about who is guilty unless, I DIDN'T WANT TO bring more national focus to it! Even telling the tiniest little fib to the "feds" is punishable by US law, yet accusing the feds of corruption so gargantuan, is seen as a innocuous!? I think Georges advisers really know how to mindfook a whole populace into subtle submission and be adulated doing it! I rate this a 5 because, to me it almost admits guilt by default.
