Very prophetic 2 Reply Mike,, Norwalk Mike, Norwalk (3/21/25) A crime is; “an offense against the state that is punishable.” (Collins Dictionary of Law) “A crime is an offense against a public law.” (Bouvier’s Law Dictionary) Crimes (criminal activity) are unique to corporeal application of carnal man’s ideologies and philosophies; by example: “maritime jurisdictions”, “legal positivism”, legal realism, etc. “Crime” does not relate to the breaking of a law (murder, theft, destruction of property, etc.) but rather, a breach of carnal man’s philosophical edicts; i.e., godly mandates. By definition, crime is the breach of an oligarchal (1 to ⋯) totalitarian’s communal dictate, consuming all herd cogs within its realm of influence. A “crime” is “an offense against the state” - NOT a breach of law, law breaking or an offense - one individual against another individual and/or property. A “crime” is: “an offense against public law”, i.e., fleshly / corporeally mandated limits of defined actions - public here references the communal herd, NOT a sovereign’s breach of law. At Constitutional law / nature’s law, the public can NOT create law (especially to eliminate or limit the inalienable rights of the noble sovereign). 2 Reply Mike,, Norwalk Mike, Norwalk (3/21/25) Besides theft (organized larceny — 2nd plank of the communist manifesto, funny money, civil penalties for criminal acts, police state confiscations, etc.) police enforce enslavement / usurpation / tyranny through compelled compliance, government licenses, victimless crimes and NON-recognition of individual sovereignty, perfected allodium, inalienable rights and liberty at nature's law ! ! ! 2 Reply Mike,, Norwalk 3/19/25 re: Ronald Reagan quote Our natural inalienable rights and liberty at nature’s law are NOT dispensed from government ! ! ! but rather; are a faculty of birth ! ! ! Not being a big Trump fan, I am impressed with his efforts to bring back some rights that have all but slipped away. The occupying statist theocracy infesting this land continues unabated with its compelled compliance, victimless crimes, government licenses and larceny with impunity (2nd plank of the communist manifesto, funny money, etc.). Reply Mike,, Norwalk Fredrick William Sillik, Anytown (3/19/25) Sillik, you are a deceived liar after the order of Hitler, Stalin, Mao, etc. Socialism is a challenge to inalienable rights and liberty at nature's law. Socialism destroys life. Your incomprehensible word salad is an extension of your imaginary dictionary for mentally ill children. Reply Mike,, Norwalk Fredrick William Sillik, Anytown (3/16/25) Sillik, 🤣🤣🤣, any time ! Reply Mike,, Norwalk Fredrick William Sillik, Anytown (3/14/25) Sillik, 🤪🤪🤪 hahaha / lololol the only place defined boundaries of sanity include making sense of what you say is your own personal dictionary for mentally ill children. Your regular incomprehensible word salads are outside any proven reality, science, logic and/or any resemblance to "sense". Reply Mike,, Norwalk 3/14/25 re: Thomas Jefferson quote Maybe a bit drastic but, a standard — if not true on its face, its very close thereto. Reply Mike,, Norwalk 3/14/25 re: Soren Kierkegaard quote I like it a lot! Reply Mike,, Norwalk 3/13/25 re: James Baldwin quote Accurate enough when considering the focus of the quote. Staying within the focused parameters, there are many exceptions. 1 Reply Mike,, Norwalk Mike, Norwalk (3/12/25) The occupying statist theocracy infesting this land is exposed by this quote with all its enforced victimless crimes. Reply Mike,, Norwalk 3/12/25 re: George Stillman Hillard quote Liberty is innate to the being and exists at nature's law. In the event there is no liberty, to the same measure there is no law; and, vise versa. Carnal man's ideological despotism, tyranny, usurpations and forms of slavery that stand in place of law (by example; legal positivism, legal realism, maritime jurisdictions practiced on land, etc.) would be accurate descriptions of fire on the floor. Reply Mike,, Norwalk 3/11/25 re: Harriet Beecher Stowe quote Okay, I mostly like the perspective. Some defendable accuracies there. 1 Reply Mike,, Norwalk 3/11/25 re: Giuseppe Mazzini quote The quote starts with a broken string of partial accuracies. At nature's law, liberty is what it "IS", no matter who's understanding. Fulfilling duty may be an action within liberty's domain BUT, it is not any part of liberty's definition. As to "most in harmony with our own tendencies", liberty is an innate faculty of birth in each and every / any and all of the family man (nationality, duty or personal tendencies do not play a role in liberty's definition or understanding). Reply Mike,, Norwalk Mike, Norwalk (3/10/25) I like the quote a lot. 1 Reply Mike,, Norwalk 3/10/25 re: E. M. Forster quote We are willing enough to praise freedom when we don’t know what it means or is. The occupying statist theocracy infesting this land, with its entrenched ecclesiastical academia, moral compass and thought process evangelizes de-brained / souled sheep into believing the more licenses one has - the freer they are, the more people are censored into speaking only that which is politically correct - the freer they are, etc., etc., etc. 1 Reply Mike,, Norwalk E Archer, NYC (3/7/25) Archer, said very well ! ! ! 1 Reply Mike,, Norwalk 3/7/25 re: Eric Schaub quote Freedom, liberty, inalienable rights and individual sovereignty at nature's law are innate to the specie of man and faculties of birth. It is the utilization of freedom in societies of despots, usurpers and a state of awareness where the quote's stated costs occur. Reply Mike,, Norwalk 3/5/25 re: H. L. Mencken quote I not only believe in liberty; but also the source thereof. The legal realm of liberty and force are oxymorons. Reply Mike,, Norwalk 3/5/25 re: Charles Sumner quote Not enough here to make an informed comment. On its face, I like it. 1 Reply Mike,, Norwalk Mike, Norwalk (3/4/25) In fact, government (a body of sovereign's servants) has NO! rights but duties only. The primary duty servants within any body politic is to define "rules of order" so that individual sovereignty, inalienable rights and liberty are preserved and enhanced at the laws of nature; — Anything else is tyranny, despotism, usurpation and man's inhumanity to man enacted through forms of slavery. 2 Reply Mike,, Norwalk 3/3/25 re: Justice Hugo L. Black quote Not shooting the messenger, very accurate. The occupying statist theocracy infesting this land with its usurpations and tyranny — including but not limited to; compelled compliance, victimless crimes, government licenses, larceny with impunity (2nd plank of the communist manifesto, funny money debt system, etc.) are still not addressed through acknowledged 1st Amendment rights. 2 Reply Mike,, Norwalk 2/27/25 re: Hiram Mann quote By way of illustration but, not by way of limitation. I am personally acquainted with an individual that beat the case against him brought by the IRS — BUT, went to jail for contempt. I know an individual that was bussed from prison to prison (he was never in one place long enough we could get him out — on habius corpus or otherwise). I knew an activist couple who's home was completely cleared out (unknown to everyone, even their children) and then were reported dead of cancer a few months later in prison. They were cancer free and otherwise healthy before being imprisoned without charges. 1 Reply Mike,, Norwalk Mike, Norwalk (2/26/25) Liberty, in and of itself is priceless, without cost — a state of being/expression. In a world of peer slavery, tyranny, usurpation, irresponsibility, etc., eternal vigilance is in deed, a price of liberty. Reply Mike,, Norwalk Mike, Norwalk (2/26/25) Many if not most paths were created by earlier walking paths. Metaphorically, a meaning derived herefrom probably references making our own path or way in life (as Archer stated below). Previous 25 Next 25 SaveOk2 Share on Facebook Tweet Email Print
