Interesting, but I find it very strange that in a 1,300-page book on these subjects, nowhere does Quigley mention by name the British Fabian Society (organized in 1884) which was instrumental in connecting Rhodes to the other Round-Table organizers (see W.H. McIlhany's The Tax Exempt Foundations, 1980). The Fabians have remained extremely influential in both the British & American political scenes. Arguably, acting through "Col" William Mandell House, they were instrumental in forming the RIIA & the CFR. Bertrand Russell, John Dewey & John Maynard Keynes were all Fabians, as was Saul Alinsky, mentor to both Hillary Clinton & Barack Obama.
