I not only believe in liberty; but also the source thereof. The legal realm of liberty and force are oxymorons.

I get it, but unfortunately, those that do not believe in liberty and in fact do not believe in MY liberty are enemies of liberty.  We will have to deal with them eventually...

I can't make heads or tails of Mr Mencken's quote. The non confinement of  liberty presupposes the non necessity of the liberty dimension being forces upon.  However, I've heard individuals say they were  "praying" for the status of being put in the state penal system. The outside world can itself be observed as a prison I suppose under some individual's circumstances. The life dimension can meet  formidable challenges, but remains audacious in its tenacity.
